Always Two Characters

Always Two Characters refers to the simple Wakka rule that all formatting tags (with the sole exception of list items) use the same character twice to open and again to close. Bold is **bold**, italic is //italic//, links use [[blah]], actions use {{Whatever}}, and so on. Hopefully this is somewhat easier to remember!
